COMMENT: It’s the highlight of the annual fashion calendar, a time when the fashion industry congregates in Sydney for the epic week that is FASHION WEEK. Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia is quite simply the only other annual event that compares to Christmas- well, that’s if you love this stuff as much as Michelle Rimmer. I reached out to Four Points by Sheraton Sydney and they welcomed me with open arms (as in, they treated me to one of their top suites). I honestly could have brought Jez and our two little boys, complete with a kitchen, six-person dining table, living space and spa bath.
To say I was spoiled is an understatement. The staff were efficient, warm and lovely. They delivered international packages, filled with my fashion week wardrobe from Milan to LA, without a fuss (collecting and safe guarding them even before my arrival). Nothing was too much for them. The room service team would call me with extra information regarding my breakfast orders, always ensuring my day started off with perfectly poached eggs, gluten free toast and the best bircher muesli I’ve had since 2005.
Four Points by Sheraton Sydney originally caught my attention based on the fact that they’re in the heart of Sydney's CBD, but close enough to Carriageworks (home of Fashion Week) that the daily commute wasn’t an issue. I loved that they're recently completed, modern and close to Starbucks. Like, really close to Starbucks (#priorities). But I had no idea how amazing my stay would be.
I should mention that I was a guest of Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, and although I’m not the most religious of people, I’ll be praying to Jesus, Mary and Moses that they have me again in 2020! I may even consider bringing the fam... or not.
