COMMENT: So THIS is what happens when your sister is an event planner and wants to take on Kyuss’s 6th birthday party at Beyond. We’ve never made a huge fuss of the boys’ parties but once the venue was booked the details started rolling. Kyuss originally requested a skateboarding session (we hired the space for two hours and had access to the entire skatepark and carpark) and some Dominos pizza. It’s safe to say that he got a few extra things thrown in- from the fairy floss cart spinning up a treat (Taye’s personal highlight) to the exclusive tattoos designed by local talent Sam. Customisation was highlighted across the event and clearly the details were second to none (obviously this was all Simone and her event planning capabilities).

The party guests had access to Beyond’s skate instructors for the duration of the party, which catered to the various guests’ ages (surely this is no easy feat!).

Kyuss had the time of his life- and considering this kid is picky as hell, this qualifies as his raving review. TICK.
